Our Founder and CEO, Mr. Ajay Gupta, is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and mentor to various startups. With over 25 years of corporate experience, Ajay’s journey as a leader and visionary began long before he founded iRapido Global in 2017. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneurial path, he served as the Country Head and President of Global Growth, a prestigious private investment firm.
Ajay Gupta’s leadership and insights extend beyond the corporate world. He is an esteemed member of the Independent Director’s Club, a Charter Member of TiE Delhi, and a former member of Vistage.com. Passionate about giving back to the community, he also serves as a trustee of Vishwa Prakash Mission (VPM), a charitable trust dedicated to providing educational assistance for university education to students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Leading our training department is Barun Sadana, a seasoned professional with over 21 years of working experience. Currently serving as the CFO of a prominent US healthcare company based in California, Barun brings unparalleled expertise to our academy. His career is marked by extensive experience providing in-depth offline training sessions in corporate settings across both India and the USA.
